Caroline Gold

Vice President

Caroline Gold is a vice president, leading public relations efforts for real estate clients, professional service firms and nonprofit organizations. Caroline contributes excellent writing skills, confident public speaking abilities, a strategic mindset and media relations expertise. She is passionate about the creative process and enjoys using critical thinking to discover and tell exciting stories.

Caroline leads The Wilbert Group’s fellowship program, partnering with nearby universities to recruit top talent and bring exciting career opportunities to recent college graduates. She is also involved with several community organizations that represent causes she is passionate about. She is currently serving a three-year term on the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board (Class of 2025), joining other business and civic leaders in providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors, executive staff and other organizational leaders to support the theatre's mission of expanding hearts and minds on stage and off. Previously, she served on the planning committee for the High Museum's annual mixology competition and fundraising event, Highball.

She graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in journalism and mass communication. Prior to joining The Wilbert Group in January 2017, Caroline completed a six-month-long fellowship with Omnicom Group agencies FleishmanHillard and BBDO. She completed travel-study programs in South Korea, France, Cuba and at the University of Oxford. In her free time, she loves thrifting, reading and exploring Atlanta's many neighborhoods with her husband, son and their dog Mia.
